I’ve been in the process of scanning and archiving all my negatives and oh what treasures I have found!
Roll 1: This was a few years ago when Narcissa and I took a mini day trip to the Tonto Natural Bridge.
I took a peek at the Arizona Parks website and read that the Tonto Natural Bridge State Park is closing in June! Damn budget cuts! It is always disheartening to see the places you used to frequent, however irregularly, close… At least it’s a State Park, it will open again one of these days.
Side note: You have no idea how much I miss that organ!

It’s been a ridiculously long time since I’ve posted any kind of image on here. To be honest I’ve been quite lazy in the digital respect.
Here’s a look at what I’m currently working on:
I’ve gone back to working with polaroids as a medium, not just for the size convenience but also for the ability to make use of my collection of found slides and daylab. The left image is of a found slide and the right image is a photograph taken with a Polaroid Land Camera. I’m working through this idea (via diptych) of how our mind works though similarities and the key déjà vu aspects of life and its reminiscence.
